[Accounting Manager]

Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain the accounting department’s daily operations, including month-end and year-end processes, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, utilities, treasury, budgeting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, check runs, and fixed asset activities.

Formulate, sustain, and monitor all accounting protocols in line with legal, governmental, and professional standards.

Prepare and assess financial statements and reports.

Perform budgetary preparation and oversight functions.

Uphold the highest degree of professional integrity.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager.

Profound computer proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.

Comprehensive understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.

Acute attention to detail coupled with unparalleled accuracy.

Ability to effectively lead and manage a team.

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a must.

Fluent in both English and Korean (Bilingual).

Additional Information:

Physical Setting: Office

Work Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Carrollton, TX 75006. Candidates should be able to reliably commute or be in the process of relocating before beginning work.

Prior experience in accounting (5 years) is preferred.

Preferred:

- Experience in inventory accounting

- Proficient in QuickBooks

- Capable of handling monthly closes
