Accounting Team
Job title: Accounting / HR (정산 및 총무)
Location: Carrolton, DFW
Responsibilities:
Record cash flow balance between the drivers and the vendors.
Reviewing bills and invoices.
Monitoring the cash management process and determine accuracy of cash reporting
Fixed and confirmed receipt/payment ledger entries by accounting procedures.
Completion of all activities in daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.
Prepare month-end reporting and closing.
Keep track of company expenses
Communication with the company CPA
Creating accounting reports for management
(Training will be provided)
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or administration dept.
AR / AP using QuickBooks
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required.
Attention to detail and accuracy a must
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial processes
Proficiency in MS Excel
Proficient in English / Korean
(optional) Knowledge of transactions in trucking industry
Job title: Transportation Specialist (Dispatcher/배차업무)
Location: Carrolton, DFW
Responsibilities:
Managing truck drivers' schedules and routes
Providing shipping details to customers
Reviewing logs of truck drivers
Completing paperwork related to shipments, such as invoices
Handling customer complaints and inquiries
Negotiating rates and delivery time lines
Provide daily activity reports to management
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in related job position
Knowledge of trucking regulations and laws
Understanding of how shipping, trucking and logistics work
Analytical skills to problem-solve and coordinate difficult situations
Ability to handle customers
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to stay calm in fast-paced situations
Proficient in English / Korean
Base salary: Based on experience and knowledge
