SUMMARY

We are looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our Real Estate Asset Management team. The Associate will report to the Property Manager and perform administrative and organizational duties such as liaising with tenants, landlords, bookkeeping, organizing property viewings and overseeing facility maintenance. You will also be responsible for evaluating LOIs and participating in lease negotiations.

We are growing rapidly, and diversifying constantly. You will draw on previous experience to improve on existing structures, recommend new ones, identify opportunities for innovation, liaise with landlords, and manage tenant relationships.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in managing all aspects of occupancy and maintenance of properties under management.
• Communicates with tenants regarding property-related issues.
• Coordinates with tenants and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs.
• Collaborates with the senior management team to produce advertising materials.
• Engages with prospective tenants to explain about the property and space, show properties, provide offer instructions.
• Reviews letter of intent and negotiates the terms under the direction of the management team.
• Manage accounts receivable & accounts payable.
• Prepared budgets and financial reports.

 QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Strong customer service skills
• Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in English/Korean is a plus

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• 0-2 years of client facing experience
• Previous experience in property management or real estate, but not required
• Structured training program will be provided
